There are a lot of top-level runners who are coaches for themselves in elite orienteering. One of them is great Thierry Gueorgiou. He has incredible 12 gold medals from WOC. He got victories in every WOC-discipline (Middle, Long, Sprint, Relay), he won several times Jukola/Tiomila and many other top-international competitions.
